We use data to respond to requests, deliver contracted services, improve product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with trusted technical providers strictly for service operation under confidentiality obligations.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing activities.

7. Meta Messenger integration (pages_messaging permission)

To enable the automated assistant (chatbot) and customer interaction handling, our application requests the `pages_messaging` permission via the Meta platform.

Purpose of use: This permission is used exclusively to receive and send messages on behalf of Facebook Pages authorized by the user. Its use is limited to response automation, technical support, and direct communication operations.

Restrictions: Digix does not use data obtained via this permission for targeted advertising (ads), user profiling for commercial purposes, or resale of data to third parties.

Data retention: We process only the data strictly necessary to conduct the conversation.

User control: Messaging access can be revoked at any time directly from Facebook Page settings (Business Integrations) or by sending a request to info@digix.md.
